Unfortunately, since my family no longer lives at the Coney Island Lighthouse, we are unable to give regular tours like we used to. Since the Coney Island Lighthouse is still owned by the Coast Guard but the cottage itself is leased to the Sea Gate Association, you can try to contact them for help setting up a visit:
